At LoveLoop™, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures.
  • Carrier-related delays.
  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • High demand during holiday seasons or special promotions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

LoveLoop™ is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier’s tracking system.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may be unable to guarantee delivery or offer a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LoveLoop™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
