At LoveLoop, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 90-day warranty from the date your order is delivered.
Returns & Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following condition:
- The product is defective, damaged, or does not function as intended.
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 90 days of delivery.
- The product must have been used under normal conditions.
- Proof of purchase is required.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preferences (for example, “I didn’t like it”).
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the functionality of the product.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photo or video evidence showing the defect.
Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges & Replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your product qualifies for a return due to a defect, you may request:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund (when applicable).
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Exception: Returns for products that are not defective may be subject to review and approval in accordance with our policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Time Notice
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs processing.
- Carrier-related delays.
- High demand during holiday seasons or special promotions.
